Pre Holiday Preparation

When I find good info on line on how to be prepared for up coming events, I like to share it.  So here is the latest that I found.
Take a walk on the beach.  Get in a little exercise. Share some good conversation.  Relax and discuss what will be happening in the coming days. Be ready to hit the challenges head on.
