This photo covers it all. Start with a large hamburger patty, cut wieners in half and stick in for head and legs, make a couple of half inch slits in each leg, wrap with bacon and you are ready to cook. At this point you can season to taste or you can season the hamburger patty prior to wrapping with bacon.
This is a cute idea for when you are having guest or to impress the kids.
