Love this colorful cake. I can see doing it on cup cakes also. It will be rich but pretty and fun.
I am not sure what kind of candy was used here but i would go for Hershey-ettes or M&Ms. You can find bags of individual colors of M&Ms on line or in some Michael's Craft Stores. Those would make for a wonderful way to match the theme of a party or shower.
