Great Home Made Halloween Decorations

Kids enjoy using their imaginations and creativityHalloween is a perfect holiday to do this.  Here are a couple of ideas that will be exciting and can be made in advance, on that rainy day that really needs an indoor activity.

The magnified milk carton light is an item that I believe all homes should have in case of a loss of electricity.  Also for camping and to add to your prepper supplies.  Here is a way to use you supplies, temporarily, to make a fun yard or home decor.

Check it out -

Here is a sample of a snowman type design.  A spooky ghost or goblin will work just as well.

And here is a sample of how you can actually use your headband flashlight to light up the carton with even more power.  Just slide your strap down or use it as part of the decoration.

Yet another fun and inexpensive decoration for the Halloween season.  Start now to save enough toilet paper rolls for this project.

If your intention is to hide these in bushes, there is absolutely no decorating needed, other than cutting out the eyes.  If you want to use them around the house, paint with a poster paint or markers.

Glow sticks are pretty reasonably price at Michael's Craft Stores or on line where they can be delivered directly to your door.

More craft ideas coming in the next few days.  Be sure to check back.
