Vegetarians Not Getting Enough Protein ?

How many of you who are vegetarian or vegan have friends who say - "You can't get enough protein without eating meat!".  If you have, send this info right along to them and prove them different.

  1. Great post DJ, most people don't realize this. A few facts about protein.....Plant based protein is much higher quality then dairy based. We don't need anywhere near the amount of protein the "body building image" of our culture wants us to believe and if you are eating ANY food at all....you are getting enough protein.
