The photo directions tells it all. This handy little stove can be made in an emergency or as a fun project with the kids. What a great way to show them that prepping isn't all about stress and worry. More like being prepared for a long camping get away.
I watch for the small grills at yard sales and swap meets. Having a couple of gallon size cans around is always good. I still tend to use them for paint when doing trims. Love that I can just throw them away when done and not feel like I am also throwing away $$$$. I would advise having a good amount of wide, heavy duty foil in stock, at all times and especially in your prepping supplies. And of course, you will always want a supply of self lighting charcoal and kindling wood.
