Icy Steps and Sidewalks

We still have some time to survive the icy, cold winter.  So many accidents happen when people are walking in their very own yards.  Steps are the worst.  Here's a little hint that I found on The Homestead Survival web site.  They have a ton of great info.  I strongly suggest that you check them out. 

I'm not too sure about the dish soap part, but until I find a reason that it should not be used, I will trust the people from Homestead Survival.
