Tiny Mice That You Will Love

As spring approaches, the mice will emerge.  Why not make them editable mice?   This are super cute and oh so delicious.

What you have here is a chocolate dipped maraschino cherry with their stems.   While the chocolate is still warm, press a candy kiss against it and hold for a minute so it will stick.  Then slide a couple of slivers of almonds between for the ears.  If the kiss doesn't want to stick, you can put a dab of warm chocolate to the kiss and reapply.

for the eyes, you can use sprinkles or a dab of frosting gel.
