Recycle and Make an Out Door Rocking Chair

I'm surprised how easy it was to find these large wooden cable spools just by going to Craigslist or Googling it.  Some as low as $10, tho when you go for the ones a bit more, you will save yourself hours of sanding out the splintered wood.
